Jared Hanson
Software Engineer
Jared is the founder of Helixent, and its sole software developer. Originally from South Dakota, he is now based in Berkeley, California and can often be found writing code in a local cafe.
Ingrained with a passion and curiosity for technology, he started Helixent as a channel through which to release his projects and experiments. He is always striving to improve what he creates, and hopes other people will find this useful.
Comfortable being described as a geek, he's hoping that one day he'll establish enough cred to add "bike" as a prefix. He commutes around the urban landscape on a fixed-gear and enjoys long rides on his Specialized Tarmac.
